摘要
大型修造船企业空压站供气系统通常采用传统的母管恒压控制算法控制空压站的压力,存在用气侧缺乏管控手段、供气侧压力设定值不合理且缺乏预测性等问题。对此,基于空压站恒压自动控制原理,深入分析实测压力和给定压力的变化特点,结合部署数智化系统之后积累的大数据,提出一种基于负荷变化和云计算预测的空压站恒压测控方法。该方法通过将云端计算技术、小程序形式的用能申请、数据建模分析方法和灰色预测模型等多种技术相融合,实现对空压站压力设定值的动态调整,并预测其母管压力的变化,减少螺杆机频繁启停、滞后启动和母管压力剧烈波动等不利情况的出现。
The conventional air compression stations for gas supply in large-scale ship yards simply maintain a preset pressure in main pipe and leave the pressure at user ends letting it be.Such a system is weak in adapting to the changes at user ends.This paper introduces the user end information dynamically into existing air pressure control system to improve the adaptability.The relationship between main tube pressure setting and actual air pressure at user end is studied and the load changes at user ends are investigated.A control strategy based on big data analysis,which dynamically predict load changes and adjust the pressure setting value of the air compression station,is developed.The developed control system integrates multiple technologies such as cloud computing technology,energy applying application in the form of mini program,data modeling and analysis,and grey prediction models.
