摘要
针对施工进度管理效率低等问题,提出了利用BIM技术进行项目施工进度计划编撰及优化的方法,包括基础模型准备、计划编制和进度跟踪控制,并在关键路径法的基础上优化工序的逻辑关系。结果表明,其实现了项目缓冲区对工序安全时间的消除。基于BIM技术在工程项目施工进度管理中的作用,说明BIM技术能够对项目进度计划进行更加直接、高效的编排,可以有效减少项目的工期,实现了该技术在工程进度管理中的科学运用。
In view of the low efficiency of construction schedule management,this paper puts forward the method of compiling and optimizing the construction schedule of project by using BIM technology,including basic model preparation,planning and schedule tracking control,and optimizes the logical relationship of processes on the basis of critical path method.The results show that it realizes the elimination of process safety time by project buffer.Based on the role of BIM technology in the construction progress management of projects,it shows that BIM technology can arrange the plan of project progress more directly and efficiently,effectively reduce the project duration,and realize the scientific application of this technology in project progress management.
