This paper expounds the advantages of green building energy saving technology,analyzes the current application status of green building energy saving technology in real estate development projects,and points out the shortcomings of the current application such as unreasonable planning and design,unscientific use of materials,unrigorous construction technology,and less application of passive energy saving technology,from the two aspects of project planning and design and building construction,the specific application of green building energy-saving technology in real estate development is described.
