装配式建筑PC构件安装施工研究

Research on the Installation and Construction of PC Components in Prefabricated Buildings

以北京朝阳区上东郡工程项目为例,分析了装配式建筑施工技术重难点,提出质量提升建议,探讨了施工准备、PC构件运输及存放、PC构件吊装与固定技术、PC构件连接与接缝处理技术。研究表明,PC构件安装在装配式建筑施工过程中具有不可忽视的重要性,通过采取科学PC构件安装施工技术,能够提高装配式建筑的整体质量,推动建筑业的可持续发展。

The paper takes Shangdongjun project in Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example,it analyzes the key and difficult points of prefabricated building construction technology,puts forwards quality improvement suggestions,and explores construction preparation,PC component transportation and storage,PC component lifting and fixation technology,PC component connection and joint treatment technology.The research in the paper shows that the installation of PC components plays an important role in the construction process of prefabricated buildings.By adopting scientific PC component installation construction technology,the overall quality of prefabricated buildings can be improved and the sustainable development of the construction industry can be promoted.
