教师数字素养深刻影响着数字时代人才培养的质量。当前,教师群体对于数字化学习的态度普遍积极,但能力上呈现差异。我们须加大投入,完善学习环境,强化教师培训,并鼓励跨学科和跨区域的协作交流,共同提升教育质量。
