摘要
围绕新工科提出的创新能力培养目标,充分发挥科技竞赛和科研项目这类特殊教学资源优势,构建以“竞赛+科研项目”为载体的工程技术创新能力培养模式,并通过“高低搭配,形成团队”“学科交叉,技术融合”“建指导教师团队,提升指导水平”等措施,学生的工程技术创新能力有了一定的提升。
Focusing on the innovative capability cultivation goals proposed by the new engineering disciplines,utilizing the ad-vantages of special teaching resources such as science and technology competitions and research projects,constructing an engineer-ing and technological innovation ability cultivation model based on the“competition+research project”and implementing mea-sures such as“combining high and low,forming a team”“cross-disciplinary,technology integration”and“building a team of guiding teachers to enhance guidance levels”,result in a certain improvement in students’engineering and technological innova-tion abilities.
