新文科背景下管理学课程融入创新创业教育研究

Research on the Integration of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education into Management Courses in the New Arts and Sciences Background

结合新文科发展背景、创新创业教育动态和管理学课程改革实际,立足高等教育本科教学改革需要,从教学、课程、培养和教师视角,深入分析当前管理学课程在“双创”教育和实践上存在的主要问题,进而从教学变革、课程优化、人才培养和师资队伍等层面提出新文科背景下管理学课程融入创新创业教育的改革路径,以应对当代大学生思想意识、价值追求和创新创业有关的重要理论和现实问题。

Combining the background of the development of new arts and sciences,the dynamics of innovative entrepreneur-ship education,and the practical reform of management courses,based on the needs of undergraduate teaching reform in higher edu-cation,this study deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the“double creation”education and practice of management courses from the perspectives of teaching,courses,training,and teachers.It then proposes a reform path for integrating manage-ment courses into innovative entrepreneurship education in the context of new arts and sciences,addressing important theoretical and practical issues related to contemporary college students’ideological consciousness,values,and innovation and entrepreneurship.
