不同回火温度下C60模具钢硬度的涡流测试方法

摘要 研究了不同回火温度对C60模具钢的显微组织、电磁特性和硬度等的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,C60模具钢的晶体结构产生相变,内部磁矩方向发生变化,导致材料的电磁特性参数发生改变,组织中铁素体含量增多,使材料的硬度变小;对比不同回火温度下C60模具钢硬度与阻抗之间的关系,建立了测试C60模具钢硬度的电磁数学模型,且电磁检测结果与实际测试结果的相对误差小于1%,表明涡流电磁信号能够准确测试C60模具钢的硬度。 The influence of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure,electromagnetic properties and hardness of C60 mold steel was studied.The results show that as the tempering temperature increased,the crystal structure of C60 mold steel underwent phase transformation,the direction of internal magnetic moment changed,led to changes in the electromagnetic characteristic parameters of the material,the ferrite content in the structure was increased,and the hardness of the material was decreased.By comparing the relationship between the hardness and impedance of C60 mold steel at different tempering temperatures,an electromagnetic mathematical model for testing the hardness of C60 mold steel was established.The relative error between the electromagnetic detection results and the actual test results was less than 1%,indicated that eddy current electromagnetic signals could accurately test the hardness of C60 mold steel.
