摘要
某型机车牵引电机轴承在运行过程中发生故障。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、尺寸和几何精度测量、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法分析了轴承故障的原因。结果表明:在检修施焊过程中,地线搭接不良导致轴承发生电蚀现象,最终导致轴承发生故障。
The traction motor bearing of a certain type of locomotive malfunctioned during operation.The cause of bearing failures was analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,dimensional and geometric accuracy measurement,hardness testing,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that during the maintenance welding process,poor grounding caused electrical corrosion in the bearings,ultimately led to bearing failure.
