摘要
新发展时期,卓越幼师的培养已成为学前教育高质量发展的目标和追求。行动视域下,幼儿教师教育的人文价值受到冲击,主要面临着行动者成长的完整性被割裂、行动者的主观能动性被掩盖、行动者之间沟通交往乏力、公共领域意义共建缺失等现实困境。这些现实困境要从以下四个方面进行超越:打破行为惯习,唤醒教育者和学习者的行动意识;推动教育回归沟通和交往,培植幼儿教师教育行动的共同感;以“人”的发展为意旨,注重幼儿教师卓越品质的培育;把握教育情境,彰显幼儿教师教育的探究性。
In the new era of development,the cultivation of outstanding preschool teachers has become the goal and pursuit of high-quality development in early childhood education.From the perspective of action,the humanistic value of early childhood teacher education is under attack,mainly facing the real dilemmas such as the fragmentation of the integrity of actors'growth,the concealment of actors'subjective initiative,the weakness of communication among actors,and the lack of shared meaning in the public domain.To overcome these challenges,we must address them from four aspects:Firstly,breaking behavioral habits to awaken the action consciousness of educators and learners.Second,promoting a return to communication and interaction in education to foster a sense of common ground in early childhood teacher training.Thirdly,focusing on the development of the“person”to emphasize the cultivation of excellent qualities in preschool teachers.Finally,grasping the educational situation to highlight the exploratory nature of early childhood teacher education.
