摘要 为了深入探究大跨钢结构整体提升施工过程中的关键问题,通过详细介绍施工过程、分析计算方法和结果,对某大跨钢结构工程进行了实例分析,包括其结构形式、尺寸、材料特性等基本信息。在此基础上,详细分析了整体提升施工过程中的关键因素,如拼装、提升和固定等环节。为了确保施工的安全和质量,对提升施工过程中完全同步提升状态进行分析。研究结果表明,大跨钢结构整体提升施工具有较高的效率和安全性。通过精确的有限元模型和全面的分析计算,可以更好地了解结构的性能和稳定性,优化提升方案,降低施工风险。同时,这种施工方法也有助于提高建筑的质量和使用寿命。 In order to deeply explore the key issues in the overall lifting construction process of large-span steel structures,this article proposes some useful viewpoints by providing a detailed introduction to the construction process.An example analysis was conducted on a large-span steel structure project,including basic information such as its structural form,dimensions,and material characteristics.On this basis,this article provides a detailed analysis of the key factors in the overall construction process,such as assembly,lifting,and fixing.In order to ensure the safety and quality of construction,an analysis is conducted on the fully synchronized lifting status during the lifting construction process.The research results indicate that the overall improvement construction of large-span steel structures has high efficiency and safety.Through precise finite element modeling and comprehensive analysis and calculation,it is possible to better understand the performance and stability of the structure,optimize and improve the plan,and reduce construction risks.Meanwhile,this construction method also helps to improve the quality and service life of the building.
