铁路大跨度(60 m)预制箱梁混凝土灌注研究

摘要 通过对宁象铁路预制梁场60m大跨度铁路预制箱梁的混凝土灌注工艺进行研究,分析箱梁混凝土灌注前的准备,对混凝土灌注的方案的进行论述,并对选择的混凝土灌注方案进行总结,最终选择出较优的灌注方案,即从梁两端向梁中间推进灌注施工工艺。该方案不仅能够完成灌注的要求,提高了大跨度箱梁预制时的混凝土质量控制,提高了混凝土灌注施工工艺,同时还能提高生产效率,避免质量通病,而且在预制箱梁中取得了良好效果,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 Through the study of the concrete pouring process of the 60 m long-span railway prefabricated box girder of the Ningxiang Railway Precast Beam Yard,the preparation before the concrete pouring of the box girder was analyzed,the concrete pouring scheme was discussed,and the selected concrete pouring scheme was summarized,and finally the optimal pouring scheme was selected,that is,the pouring construction technology was promoted from both ends of the beam to the middle of the beam.The scheme can not only complete the requirements of casting,improve the concrete quality control of the prefabrication of the long-span box girder,improve the concrete pouring construction technology,but also improve the production efficiency and avoid the common quality problems,and has achieved good results in the prefabricated box girder,which can provide reference for similar projects.
