钢筋混凝土框架建筑造价管理研究

摘要 以造价管理系统为切入点,简要论述工程概况,并进行传统结构设计、防屈曲支撑框架建筑结构设计以及隔震支撑框架建筑结构设计,通过价格变化下的钢筋混凝土框架建筑设计方案分析,可以得到结果:采用防屈曲方案1与隔震12000时,钢筋混凝土框架建筑结构最稳定。总之,钢筋混凝土框架建筑造价与结构设计、市场价格因素相关,管理者在确保建筑结构安全性与稳定性的基础上,还应该考虑价格因素,合理设计建筑结构。在建筑工程造价管理工作中,管理者可充分借助造价管理系统功能,快速计算造价成本,助力施工企业经济发展。 The article takes the cost management system as the starting point,briefly discusses the engineering overview,and conducts traditional structural design,anti buckling support frame building structural design,and isolation support frame building structural design.Through the analysis of reinforced concrete frame building design schemes under price changes,it can be concluded that when using anti buckling scheme 1 and isolation 12000,the reinforced concrete frame building structure is the most stable.In summary,the cost of reinforced concrete frame construction is related to structural design and market price factors.Managers should not only ensure the safety and stability of the building structure,but also consider price factors to design the building structure reasonably.In the cost management of construction projects,managers can fully utilize the functions of the cost management system to quickly calculate cost and assist the economic development of construction enterprises.
