系杆拱混凝土梁顶推技术探讨

摘要 顶推法是桥梁工程中常用的一种技术工艺,能最大程度上减小工程建设带来的影响。本研究以某立交桥改造工程为案例,首先指出桥梁基本情况和施工重难点,介绍顶推工况计算及顶推设备选型;然后从准备工作、试顶推、正式顶推等7个环节,详细阐述了系杆拱混凝土梁顶推施工技术方法;最后对梁体顶推过程中的线形控制措施进行总结,以为类似项目的施工提供参考,充分发挥出顶推技术的优势,提高桥梁建设的综合效益。 The jacking method is a common technology in bridge engineering,which can minimize the impact of engineering construction.This paper takes an overpass reconstruction project as the background case,firstly points out the basic situation of the bridge and the important and difficult points of construction,introduces the calculation of pushing conditions and the selection of pushing equipment.Then from the preparation work,test push,formal push and other 7 links,the construction technology of tie bar arch concrete beam push is elaborated.Finally,a summary of the linear control measures during the process of beam launching is provided to provide reference for the construction of similar projects,fully leveraging the advantages of launching technology and improving the comprehensive benefits of bridge construction.
