摘要
脱落酸是一种植物激素,能抑制植物生长和增强植物抗逆性,对某些动物疾病也有治疗作用,在农业和医药方面有广泛应用,传统的植物提取法和化学合成法存在成本高、产率低、对原材料依赖高等问题。利用微生物合成脱落酸是一种更经济、便捷的方式。文章以异源合成脱落酸的代谢通路构建方法为重点,对利用酿酒酵母、大肠杆菌、解脂耶氏酵母作为底盘细胞,合成脱落酸的研究和生产应用进行综述与展望。
Abscisic acid is a kind of plant hormone,which can inhibit plant growth and enhance plant stress resis⁃tance.It also has therapeutic effect on some animal diseases,and is widely used in agriculture and medicine.Tradi⁃tional methods of plant extraction and chemical synthesis suffer from high costs,low yields,and high dependence on raw materials.Utilizing microorganisms for abscisic acid synthesis presents a more economical and convenient approach.This article primarily focuses on the metabolic pathway construction for heterologous synthesis of ab⁃scisic acid,highlighting the current research and production applications utilizing Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Esch⁃erichia coli,and Yarrowia lipolytica as chassis cells.
