摘要
采用传统氧化物制备软磁MnZn铁氧体材料,并研究钻掺杂对其电磁性能、应力敏感性的影响。结果表明,适量的钻掺杂可以提高起始磁导率,并且能够得到晶粒大小均匀、气孔少、应力敏感性低的显微结构。
Soft magnetic MnZn ferrite materials were prepared by traditional oxides,and the effects of cobalt doping on its electromagnetic properties and stress sensitivity were investigated.The results show that an appropriate amount of cobalt doping can improve the initial permeability,and can obtain a microstructure with uniform grain size,fewer pores,and low stress sensitivity.
