“金牌好书记”沈建强:乡村振兴需要年轻力量

一个春日的早晨,我按照导航,驱车直接找到了绍兴市柯桥区湖塘街道兴华村党总支、村委会所在地。那是马路边一处敞开式的庭院建筑,村民可随意进出,党总支、村委会干部都集中在这里办公。兴华村党总支书记兼村委会主任沈建强的办公室在一楼,门口就挂着村两委的牌子,看上去像传达室。沈书记说,集中办公很有必要,村两委一班人要有凝聚力,要形成“堡垒”;敞开式的两委办公场所很有必要。
