将制度约束、信息技术、员工职业素养教育有机结合,构建科学、高效、合理的员工行为管控机制,是防范和化解重大风险隐患的重要举措。为有效提升商业银行对员工失范行为的管理能力,可采取理顺体制“管人”、突出重点“防人”、多措并举“治人”三项举措,强化员工行为管理。
Strengthening the behavioral management of employees in financial institutions and effectively preventing misconduct is an important part of cultivating the talent team of commercial banks and enhancing the ability of risk mitigation.In recent years,the number of cases or risky matters due to employees'personal misbehavior has been increasing,which brings about immeasurable credibility crisis and social losses while harming the economic interests of commercial banks.As pointed by the author,the combination of institutional constraints,information technology,and employee professionalism education to build a scientific,efficient,and reasonable employee behavior control mechanism is an important measure to prevent and resolve major risks.In order to effectively enhance the management capabilities of commercial banks on employee misbehavior,we can take the three initiatives of rationalizing the system to"control",focusing on"preventing",and taking multiple measures of"governance".
