系统化人文护理对晚期卵巢癌化疗患者的影响

Effect of systematic humanistic nursing on patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨系统化人文护理对晚期卵巢癌化疗患者的影响。方法以2020年6月至2021年12月复旦大学附属妇产科医院妇科收治110例患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各55例。对比两组住院次日、干预2 w晚期卵巢癌化疗患者护理效果。结果住院次日观察组凯斯勒心理困扰量表(The Kessler Psychological Distress Scale,K10)评分、一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)评分、卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ovary Cancer,FACT-O)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预2 w,K10评分、GSES评分低于住院次日,观察组低于对照组;FACT-O评分高于住院次日,观察组高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论系统化人文护理有助于改善晚期卵巢癌化疗患者生活质量,提高其自我效能的同时降低不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic humanistic nursing on advanced ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 patients admitted to the gynecology department of this hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The nursing effect of patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy on the next day of hospitalzation and intervention for 2 weeks was compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the score of the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ovary Cancer(FACT-O)between the two groups on the next day after hospitalization(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the K10 scores and GSES scores of the two groups were lower than those of the next day after hospitalization,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The FACT-O score of the two groups was higher than that of the next day after hospitalization,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic humanistic nursing is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy,improve their self-efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
