动态预警评估工具在提高腰椎患者围术期静脉血栓栓塞症的应用效果

The application effect of dynamic early warning evaluation tool in improving perioperative venous thromboembolism in lumbar spine patients

目的探讨动态预警评估工具在提高腰椎患者围术期静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的健康教育效果。方法对联勤保障部队第九八八医院骨科195例行腰椎手术患者采用病例对照研究,将患者分成两组,其中一病区98例患者作为对照组实施常规护理,二病区97例患者作为干预组运用预警评估工具进行研究。结果干预组运用该工具后在患者入院第1天、术前1 d、术后当天、术后5 d其风险评估正确率、知识知晓率和功能锻炼依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎手术患者围术期运用预警评估工具可提高护士风险评估的正确性、患者相关知识掌握及术后早期功能锻炼的依从性,从而提高健康教育效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic early warning evaluation tool in improving perioperative venous thromboembolism(VTE)in lumbar spine patients.Methods A case-control study was conducted on 195 patients undergoing lumbar surgery in this hospital.The patients were divided into two groups.A total of 98 patients in the first ward were used as the control group for routine nursing,and 97 patients in the second ward were used as the intervention group for early warning evaluation.Results After using this tool,the accuracy rate of risk assessment,knowledge awareness rate and functional exercise compliance in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group on the first day of admission,1 day before surgery,the day after surgery and 5 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of early warning assessment tools in the perioperative period of lumbar surgery patients can improve the accuracy of nurses'risk assessment,the knowledge of patients and the compliance of early postoperative functional exercise,so as to improve the effect of health education.
