摘要
2∶17型Sm(CoFeCuZr)z烧结永磁体因其良好的磁性能和优异的温度稳定性,在航空航天、5G通讯、新能源技术等领域被广泛应用。Sm(CoFeCuZr)z烧结永磁体的常规制备工艺为粉末冶金法,历经几十年的发展,国内外研究者针对Sm(CoFeCuZr)z烧结磁体的制备工艺开展了大量的研究。特别是近年来,包括速凝、氢碎、气流磨、第二相掺杂等新工艺被逐步研究并应用于磁体的制备,磁体的综合性能实现了显著的优化。本文以2∶17型Sm(CoFeCuZr)z烧结永磁体制备流程为主线,梳理了磁体在铸态合金、制粉工艺、第二相掺杂、热处理工艺等方面的研究进展,总结了不同的制备工艺对Sm(CoFeCuZr)z永磁体微观结构和磁性能的影响,并对新工艺在高性能的Sm(CoFeCuZr)z永磁体制备中推广应用进行了展望。
2∶17 type Sm(CoFeCuZr)_z sintered permanent magnets are widely used in many important fields such as aerospace,military technology,and new energy technology due to their good magnetic properties and excellent thermal stability.The preparation technology of the 2∶17 Sm(CoFeCuZr)_z sintered permanent magnet is based on the traditional powder metallurgy method.During the last decades,numerous research projects focusing on preparation technology have been carried out to develop high-performance magnets around the world.Specifically,quite a few novel processing techniques such as strip-casting,hydrogen decrepitation,jet milling and secondary phase doping have been gradually applied in recent years,which are beneficial to the improvement of overall magnetic performance of the magnet.Based on the preparation process of 2∶17 Sm(CoFeCuZr)_z sintered permanent magnets,this paper introduces the research progress of magnets in as-cast alloy,pulverizing process,doping process,and heat treatment process,summarizes the effects of different preparation processes on the microstructure and magnetic properties of magnets,and evaluates the application of the new process in the preparation of high-performance Sm(CoFeCuZr)_z permanent magnets.
