The construction of“Peaceful Zhejiang”is a significant strategic decision made by President Xi Jinping during his leadership of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee,reflecting the political responsibility of proactively addressing social conflicts and risk challenges as Zhejiang entered a new stage of economic and social development at the beginning of the new century.Over the past twenty years of building peaceful Zhejiang,the concept of“Comprehensive Peace and Security”has increasingly taken root in people's hearts,the systems and mechanisms for it have become more robust and refined,the work patterns have been continuously enriched and consolidated,and its effectiveness has been progressively enhanced and highlighted.The twenty years of historical practice has provide numerous theoretical insights for the present and future,demanding continuous cognitive,conceptual,organizational,carrier,systemic and capability transformations on the new journey of deepening the construction of peaceful development.
