面向新医科的有机化学五步融合混合式教学创新与实践

"Five-Steps Integration"Innovation and Practice of Blended Teaching in Organic Chemistry for New Medical Sciences

有机化学是医药类专业面向本科一年级开设的核心基础必修课程。在新医科建设和中国高等教育全面提质创新的时代背景下,针对课程中的痛点问题,本课程团队积极探索教学改革。以“立德树人、学生发展为中心、成果导向、持续改进”为教学理念,将思政育人与知识传授相融合,将化学与药学相融合,将线上资源与课堂活动相融合,将团队学习与个人自主学习相融合,将评价与激励相融合,创建“五步融合”的教学创新路径。经过实践,课程育人成效显著,课程资源建设和队伍建设取得了丰硕成果,并起到了一定的辐射作用。

Organic chemistry is a core compulsory course for first-year undergraduate students majoring in medicine.In the context of the"New Medicine"and the comprehensive improvement and innovation of higher education in China,our course team actively explores teaching reform in response to issues such as insufficient guidance in curriculum value,insufficient of advancement,innovation as well as challenge,and the need to improve information technology.The teaching philosophy is"cultivating morality,focusing on student development,results oriented,and continuous improvement".The reform path is"five-step integration".That is,moral education is integrated with teaching activities;Chemical knowledge is integrated with pharmaceutical majors;Online resources is integrated with classroom activities;Team learning is integrated with individual self-directed learning;Evaluation is integrated with motivation.This reform has achieved significant results.The course has been approved as an online open course in Guangdong Province and a demonstration course for ideological and political reform in Guangdong Province,and has played a certain radiating role.
