数治化背景下公交运营生产优化与创新研究——以成都公交为例

Research on the optimization and innovation of bus operation and production under the background of digital governance——Take Chengdu public transport as an example

随着市民出行方式的多元化发展,传统的地面公交从寡头垄断转为多方式竞合,对公交运营生产管理的要求更加精细精准。本文以成都公交运营生产为研究对象,结合公交数治化进程分析公交运营生产现状及问题,提出运营生产优化方案和新公交运营模式。通过分析优化方案及创新模式应用效果,表明优化方案和创新模式有效提高了公交运营效率和服务质量,对于推动城市公交运营的可持续发展和提升城市公共交通服务水平具有重要意义。

With the diversified development of citizens'travel modes,the traditional ground bus has changed from oligopoly to multi-mode coopetition,and the requirements for bus operation and production management are more refined and accurate.This paper takes the operation and production of public transport in Chengdu as the research object,analyzes the current situation and problems of bus operation and production in combination with the process of digital governance of public transport,and proposes an optimization scheme for operation and production and a new bus operation mode.By analyzing the application effect of the optimization scheme and the innovative model,it is shown that the optimization scheme and the innovative model can effectively improve the efficiency and service quality of public transport operation,which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of urban public transport operation and improving the service level of urban public transport.
