特大城市中低运量轨道交通线网规划技术分析——以重庆中心城区为例

摘要 通过梳理中低运量轨道交通功能特征和线网规划流程,明晰其在城市交通运输系统中的战略地位,为城市轨道交通的制式选择、线网布局提供技术支撑。依托重庆中心城区中低运量轨道交通线网规划,对其技术要点与实践应用进行了归纳,系统剖析中低运量轨道交通与城市布局、城市品质、综合运输和公共交通的契合度。基于需求分析、方案设计、方案评估的体系化线网规划技术体系,结合重庆中心城区轨道交通线网规划,统筹地面公交等公共交通方式,提出中心城区中心组团、外围组团两个层级对应的中低运量轨道交通网络规划方案。 By sorting out the functional characteristics and line network planning process of medium and low volume rail transit,the strategic position of rail transit in the urban transportation system is clarified,and technical support is provided for the standard selection and line network layout of urban rail transit.Relying on the planning of the medium and low volume rail transit network in the central urban area of Chongqing,the technical points and practical applications are summarized,and the fit between the medium and low volume rail transit and urban layout,urban quality,comprehensive transportation and public transportation is systematically analyzed.Based on the systematic line network planning technology system of demand analysis,scheme design and scheme evaluation,combined with the planning of the rail transit network in the central urban area of Chongqing,and the overall planning of public transportation modes such as ground buses,the planning scheme of the medium and low volume rail transit network corresponding to the two levels of the central urban group and the peripheral group is proposed.
