基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件的处方前置审核研究热点及发展趋势分析

Analysis of research hotspots and development tendency of prescription pre-audit based on the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software

目的基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件分析处方前置审核领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台中2012年1月至2023年8月处方前置审核的相关文献,采用Microsoft Office Excel软件绘制相关文献发文量年份分布图,应用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件构建机构、作者、期刊和关键词的共现及突现分析可视化图谱。结果共检索到688篇处方前置审核的相关文献。2012—2023年,处方前置审核领域的发文量呈上升趋势,发文量最多的机构和期刊分别是首都医科大学宣武医院和《海峡药学》,而发文量最多的作者是崔晓辉和邬蓉。高频关键词包括合理用药、处方点评等,突现强度最高的关键词为实时审核,推测该领域的研究热点与前沿是审核规则。结论研究处方前置审核的规则是处方前置审核领域的研究热点,探究构建精细化的专科用药审核规则是该领域的发展趋势。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development tendency of prescription pre-audit based on the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Methods Literature related to prescription pre-audit from January 2012 to August 2023 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biomedical Literature Service System,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP.The Microsoft Office Excel software was used to draw annual distribution of the number of relevant literature publications,and the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were utilized for the establishment of co-occurrence and burstness analysis visualization maps of institutions,authors,journals,and to be audit rules.Conclusion Research on the rules of prescription pre-audit is a research hotspot in the field of prescription pre-audit,and exploring the establishment of refined audit rules for specialty drug use is the development tendency in this field.
