“互联网+”延续护理对脑卒中患者康复效果的meta分析

Effect of“internet plus”continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients:A meta-analysis*

目的评价“互联网+”延续护理对脑卒中患者的康复效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、MEDLINE、SionMed、中国知网、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、万方医学网等数据库,搜集关于“互联网+”延续护理用于脑卒中患者的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年7月。使用RevMan5.4软件对资料进行meta分析。结果共纳入25篇文献,2590例患者。“互联网+”延续护理可提高脑卒中患者的日常生活活动能力、肢体运动功能,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,以及减轻神经功能缺损,差异均有统计学意义(标准化均数差/均数差=1.48、8.47、-1.63、-2.12、-3.94,95%可信区间:1.11~1.84、5.99~10.95、-2.66~-0.60、-3.08~-1.16、-6.39~-1.48,P<0.00001、<0.00001、0.00200、<0.00010、0.00200)。结论“互联网+”延续护理可提高脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力和肢体运动功能,减轻神经功能缺损,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of“internet plus”continuous nursing on stroke patients.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Embase,MEDLINE,SionMed,CNKI,VIP,and WanFang databases were searched to collect randomized controlled trials on the application of“internet plus”continuous nursing for stroke patients with a time frame from the construction of the database to July 2023.RevMan5.4 was used for the meta-analysis.Results A total of 25 studies with 2590 patients were included in the systematic review.The results of meta-analysis showed that“internet plus”continuous nursing significantly improved daily living ability(SMD=1.48,95%CI:1.11-1.84,P<0.00001)and movement function(MD=8.47,95%CI:5.99-10.95,P<0.00001);ameliorated anxiety(SMD=-1.63,95%CI:-2.66--0.60,P=0.00200),depression(SMD=-2.12,95%CI:-3.08--1.16,P<0.00010),and neurological function(MD=-3.94,95%CI:-6.39--1.48,P=0.00200).Conclusion“Internet plus”continuous nursing improves stroke patients'ability to perform activities of daily living and limb motor function,reduces neurological deficits,anxiety and depression.
