Right coronary artery anomalies can be characterized by a variety of anatomical abnormalities,including increased stiffness of the vessel wall,distortion and kinking of the arteries,as well as excessive hinge motion during the cardiac cycle.These characteristics pose significant challenges to percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Therefore,a thorough preoperative understanding of the patient's right coronary artery anatomical anomalies and lesion characteristics is crucial for devising precise interventional treatment strategies,increasing the success rate of PCI and improving the prognosis of patients.
