随着精准医疗在肿瘤临床领域中的广泛开展,对肿瘤分子生物学特性进行实时动态监测的需求越来越高。近年来,液体活检作为新兴的分子诊断技术具有实时性和可重复性,在肿瘤临床诊断与治疗中发挥着越来越重要的价值。液体活检主要通过无创方法收集患者体液,检测分析循环肿瘤细胞、循环肿瘤DNA、外泌体等生物学标志物。本文将从液体活检的生物学基础及其在结直肠癌中的临床应用进行综述。

With the widespread development of precision medicine in the clinical field of tumors,there is a growing demand for real-time and dynamic monitoring of tumor molecular biological characteristics.In recent years,as a new molecular diagnostic technique,liquid biopsy has real-time and repeatability,and it plays an increasingly important value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors.Non-invasive methods were used in liquid biopsy to collect the patient’s body fluid and analyze the circulating tumor cells,circulating tumor DNA,exosomes and other biomarkers.The article will review the biological basis of liquid biopsy and its clinical application in colorectal cancer.
