摘要
脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的原发性肿瘤,但是发生颅内播散则相对较少见,若发生播散往往提示预后极差。目前,关于胶质瘤发生播散的机制仍然存有很多争议,但随着胶质瘤治疗方案的不断完善以及影像学技术的快速发展,对胶质瘤播散机制也有了更深入的认识。笔者主要就高级别胶质瘤播散的影响因素和机制以及治疗预后等方面进行综述。
Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor from the central nervous system in adult.However,intracranial dissemination and metastasis are extremely rare.The patients with gliomas dissemination are associated with a dismal prognosis.At present,there are still many controversies about the mechanism of dissemination.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the treatment and the rapid development of imaging technology,the mechanism has been further understood.Therefore,the risk factors influencing dissemination and the mechanism of high-grade gliomas were reviewed in this review.
