摘要
研究了锂盐种类和添加量对硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间、抗压强度、耐划伤性能、邵氏硬度的影响规律,并利用扫描电镜揭示了锂盐种类和添加量对硫铝酸盐水泥水化产物微观形貌的作用机制。结果表明:氯化锂、碳酸锂、磷酸锂、硫酸锂4种锂盐的添加均可加速硫铝酸盐水泥的水化过程,其促进效果分别为氯化锂>碳酸锂≈硫酸锂>磷酸锂,且当Li^(+)添加量为0.1×10^(-4)mol/g时,4种锂盐对硫铝酸盐水泥早期强度的提升幅度最高。
By adding different kinds and amount of lithium salts,the influence on the setting time,compressive strength,scratch resistance performance and shore hardness of sulfoaluminate cement were studied,and the mechanism of lithium salts on the morphology of hydration products of cement was further revealed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results display that the introduction of lithium salts(LiCl,Li_2CO_3,Li_3PO_(4 )and Li_2SO_4) can effectively accelerate the hydration process of cement,and the promoting order is LiCl>Li_2CO_3≈Li_2SO_4>Li_3PO_4.And when the amount of Li~+ added is 0.1×10~(-4)mol/g,the four lithium salts have the highest improvement in the early strength of sulfoaluminate cement.
