摘要
针对建筑垃圾多级破碎筛分及台模振压制砖资源化利用进行了研究,通过将破碎站、筛分站模块化设计组合,对建筑垃圾进行分级破碎、筛分,将符合制砖要求的物料与水泥、水混合并充分搅拌均匀形成拌合料,通过砌块成型机台模振动压制成成品砖,该制砖过程无须烧结,通过自然养护形成具有一定强度的环保砖。实现了建筑垃圾资源化利用,达到了绿色、环保、经济的效果。
In this paper,multi-stage crushing and screening of construction waste and table mold vibration pressure brick resource utilization technology is studied.By modular design and combination of crushing and screening stations,construction waste is classified,crushed,and screened.Materials that meet the requirements for brick making are mixed with cement and water and thoroughly stirred to form a homogeneous mix.The finished bricks are made by vibration pressing of the block molding machine.The brick making process does not require sintering,and environmentally friendly bricks with certain strength are formed through natural curing to achieve the resource utilization of waste,and achieve a green,environmentally friendly,and economic effect.
