氢能具有资源丰富、清洁低碳、灵活高效、可储存运输、应用场景广泛等特点,其燃烧热值高,在生产和利用过程中,不会产生二氧化碳、氮氧化物废气和烟尘等废弃污染物,其利用是实现能源优化转型、保障国家能源安全、更快实现碳中和目标的重要途径之一。我国的可再生能源资源丰富,石油企业正在大力开发风能、太阳能光伏发电,为“绿氢”的生产创造了良好的资源条件。在油气能源和石油产品生产过程中,把氢作为主要能源是用能终端实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体,采用氢电互补实现石油企业用能领域二氧化碳排放量的减少,对于实现“双碳”目标具有重要作用。氢能在石油生产中的应用能够实现“双碳”背景下的技术革命,可用于驱动大型客车保障石油职工通勤,驱动重型车辆进行生产作业,新区勘探和产能建设的供电、老区老厂和生产后勤保障的电热冷三联供,以及生产应急备用发电,替代石油生产中所消耗的化石燃料,减少生产用电,消纳新能源发电,对于助推石油企业新能源发展和降低二氧化碳排放具有重要意义。
