Deeply Grasp and Practice the Fundamental Observance of the Training of Young Cadres in State-Owned Enterprises

本文以习近平总书记六次参加中央党校(国家行政学院)中青年干部培训班讲话、在2024年春季学期中央党校(国家行政学院)中青年干部培训班开班之际作出的重要指示及关于党校办学治校的重要论述为根本遵循,提出必须从强国建设、民族复兴伟业的高度,从党校属性、国企特点和企业特色三个维度精心谋划和设计国有企业年轻干部的教育培训工作,即始终突出习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的首课主课地位;强化政治训练和党性教育;服务支撑企业战略;强化治企兴企履职能力提升;突出“训战结合”,增强培训实效。并从教学内容、学以致用、遵循标准、能力建设等方面探讨了确保教育培训质量的路径和方法。

This article adheres fundamentally to General Secretary Xi Jinping's six speeches at the young and middle-aged cadre training sessions at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee(National Academy of Governance),along with his significant instructions at the spring semester opening in 2024 and his critical discourse on the governance and management of Party schools.The paper argues for meticulous planning and design of education and training for young cadres in state-owned enterprises,emphasizing the primary status of Xi Jinping's Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,strengthening political training and Party spirit education,supporting corporate strategies,enhancing the ability to improve governance and invigorate enterprises,and emphasizing the"combination of training and combat"to enhance training effectiveness.The paper explores paths and methods to ensure the quality of education and training through teaching content,application of knowledge,adherence to standards,and capacity building.
