油田企业党委委员落实“一岗双责”的实践与探索——以中国石化西北油田分公司勘探开发研究院为例

本文围绕油田企业如何提升党委委员“一岗双责”实效,结合中国石化西北油田分公司勘探开发研究院党建工作实践,分析了党委委员落实党建工作“一岗双责”的重要意义,剖析了目前履责过程中存在的问题,从明责、履责、督责三个方面探索提出了“123工作法”「“1”即通过细化一个清单明责;“2”即突出两个导向(问题导向、融合导向)履责;“3”即抓住三个节点督责」,真正做到“一岗双责”有内容、有抓手、有督导,推动全面从严治党责任落实落地。

This paper focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the"One Post,Two Responsibilities"approach among Party committee members in oilfield enterprises.By analyzing the practices at the Exploration and Development Research Institute of the Northwest Oilfield Company,it discusses the importance of this approach in Party building work,identifies existing issues,and explores the"123 Work Method"(defining responsibilities through a detailed checklist,emphasizing two orientationsproblem and integrationfor effective performance,and focusing on three supervisory nodes)to ensure substantial content,practical grip,and stringent oversight,thereby advancing the comprehensive enforcement of strict Party governance.
