“慕课+”商务英语线上培训模式实践与创新

Practice and Innovation of‘MOOC+'Business English Online Training Model

石油化工管理干部学院运用“慕课+”模式举办商务英语沟通能力提升系列培训班,形成了六个环节、四位一体的在线课程设计开发标准和一体三面九点的立体在线培训模式,举办培训班17期次、培训1.2万人次,效果突出。本文总结该系列培训实践形成的“慕课+”在线培训模式、特点,为在线培训探索提升提供借鉴。

SINOPEC Management Institute has utilized the"MOOC+"model to host a series of training classes for improving business English communication skills,forming a six-link,four-in-one online course design and development standard and a three-sided,nine-point holistic online training model.A total of 17 sessions have been held,training 12,000 participants,with outstanding results.This paper summarizes the"MOOC+"online training model and its features,providing a reference for the exploration and enhancement of online training.
