摘要
本文分析了企业在线培训中在线结构化研讨设计实施存在的问题、现象及原因,提出了提高在线结构化研讨效果的对策,为在线研讨设计者和引导师提供借鉴与参考。
This paper analyzes the issues,phenomena,and causes in the design and implementation of structured online seminars in corporate online training,and proposes countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of online structured seminars.It provides reference and guidance for online seminar designers and facilitators.
