摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧,城市老年教育成为新的社会现象。当前,城市老年教育师资队伍建设存在许多问题,主要体现在缺乏专业化的老年教育教师及教育培训和管理机制不完善等方面。解决老年教育师资队伍问题应加强政府与社会协调、引导,形成师资队伍体系,解决特殊教育问题。
With the aging of population,urban elderly education is gradually gaining attention and recognition.However,there are still many problems in the construction of teaching staff of urban elderly education,mainly manifesting lack of professionally teachers,imperfect education and management mechanisms,etc.For addressing the problems,we should strengthen the coordination and guidance between the government and society,and form a system of teaching staff.
