摘要
乡村建设离不开人才支撑,通过发展职业教育培育懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的人才队伍,可以为落实乡村振兴战略提供人力和智力保障。但当前面临农民受教意愿不强、政策激励作用有限、供给无法满足需求、机构内生动力不足等问题。因此,应从农民、政策、市场、机构四个层面加强农业职业教育激励机制建设,确保职业教育积极参与乡村建设,推动乡村振兴工作有序开展。
Rural construction can not be separated from the support of talents.Through the development of vocational education,the cultivation of a talent team that understands agriculture,loves the countryside and loves farmers,can provide human and intellectual guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,there are some problems,such as farmers’weak willingness to be educated,limited incentive effect of policies,insufficient supply to meet demand and insufficient endogenous impetus of institutions at present.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of incentive mechanism of agricultural vocational education from four levels of farmers,policies,markets and institutions,ensure that vocational education actively participates in rural construction,and promote the orderly development of rural revitalization.
