随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字经济成为世界经济增长的新引擎与新动力。作为新兴的国际贸易模式,数字贸易通过数字技术和数字服务带来各领域的颠覆性创新,催生了大量贸易新业态新模式,成为国际贸易的新亮点。广州数字贸易规模不断扩大,跨境电商企业蓬勃发展,数字贸易的新业态、新模式不断涌现,但仍存在数字基础设施建设不完善、国际数字贸易规则不健全、数字贸易专业人才缺乏等突出问题。面对全球数字贸易发展的机遇与挑战,广州必须从实际情况出发,借鉴纽约数字贸易发展的经验,提高数字技术水平,加强数字基础设施建设,积极拥抱和发展数字贸易。

With the rapid development of information technology,the digital economy has become a new engine and driving force for world economic growth.As an emerging international trade model,digital trade has brought disruptive innovation in various fields through digital technology and digital services,resulting in a large number of new trade forms and models.Digital trade becomes a new advantage of international trade.The scale of digital trade in Guangzhou has continued to expand,and cross-border e-commerce enterprises have been vigorously developing.New formats and models have been rapidly emerging.However,there are still outstanding problems such as imperfect digital infrastructure construction,imperfect international digital trade rules,and lacking of digital trade professionals.Facing the opportunities and challenges,Guangzhou must take action,learn from the experience of advanced cities such as New York,promote digital technology,improve the construction of digital infrastructure,and actively develop digital trade.
