Research Progress on the Changes of Heart Rate Variability and Resting-State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Related Indicators and Their Relationship in Patients with Epilepsy

癫痫是一种常见的脑部疾病,常伴有自主神经症状。心率变异性是目前评价自主神经功能的重要指标,静息态功能磁共振成像可以分析癫痫患者的癫痫网络并辅助致痫灶定位。本文总结了癫痫患者心率变异性、静息态功能磁共振成像相关指标的变化及其之间的关系,以期为癫痫定位、定侧及预测提供新颖且有意义的研究角度。

Epilepsy is a common brain disorder,often accompanied by autonomic symptoms.At present,heart rate variability is an important index to evaluate autonomic nervous function.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging can analyze the epileptic network of patients with epilepsy and assist in locating epileptic foci.This article summarizes the changes of heart rate variability and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging related indicators and their relationship in epilepsy patients,in order to provide a novel and meaningful research perspective for epilepsy localization,lateralization,and prediction.
