云医院护理管理模式对肝细胞癌行靶向药物治疗患者依从性及不良反应的影响

Effects of cloud hospital nursing management model on compliance and adverse reactions of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs

目的探讨云医院护理管理模式对肝细胞癌行靶向药物治疗患者依从性及不良反应的影响。方法纳入2020年1月至2021年12月于医院行靶向药物治疗的60例肝细胞癌患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=30,实施传统护理管理模式)和云医院组(n=30,实施云医院护理管理模式)。比较两组的干预效果。结果两组的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。云医院组的用药依从性优于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组的癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)评分均高于干预前,且云医院组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均高于干预前,且云医院组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论云医院护理管理模式能够提高肝细胞癌行靶向药物治疗患者的用药依从性,同时有助于提高自我管理效能及自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the effects of cloud hospital nursing management model on compliance and adverse reactions of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs.Methods A total of 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were treated with targeted drugs in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled,the patients were divided into conventional group(n=30,traditional nursing management model was implemented)and cloud hospital group(n=30,cloud hospital nursing management model was implemented)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The medication compliance of the cloud hospital group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);after intervention,the score of Srategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and those in the cloud hospital group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Ability Measurement Scale(ESCA)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the cloud hospital group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cloud hospital nursing management model can improve the medication compliance of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs,and help to improve self-management efficiency and self-care ability.
