基于前馈控制理论的全方位护理模式对股骨转子间骨折术后患者康复进程及FMA评分的影响

Effects of all-round nursing mode based on feed-forward control theory on rehabilitation process and FMA score of postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨基于前馈控制理论的全方位护理对股骨转子间骨折术后患者康复进程及Fugl-Meyer评估量表(FMA)评分的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月收治的66例股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予基于前馈控制理论的全方位护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、下肢FMA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的关节活动度、畸形、功能及疼痛评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总依从率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于前馈控制理论的全方位护理用于股骨转子间骨折术后患者中的效果显著。

Objective To explore the effects of all-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory on rehabilitation process and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 66 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given all-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and lower limb FMA in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the joint mobility,deformity,function and pain scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory applied in postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture has significant effect.
