红色文化是中国共产党领导广大人民群众在百余年的伟大斗争中开展的具有中国共产党鲜明特征的精神生产活动及其成果,是党和人民的宝贵精神财富。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视红色文化的传承发展,提出了一系列原创性的新理念、新思想、新论断,形成内涵深刻、内容丰富、特色鲜明的关于红色文化重要论述。这些重要论述紧紧围绕“什么是红色文化”“红色文化有何意义”“怎样用好红色文化”三个基本问题,从本体论、价值论和方法论相统一的角度论述了红色文化的生成逻辑、本质内涵、鲜明特征、重大意义和用好红色文化的现实路径,指明红色文化是坚持马克思主义同中国具体实际相结合、总结伟大斗争实践经验、传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化的思想结晶,是对中国精神的赓续发展,集中体现了中国共产党的政治本色,具有记载党的历史的记忆性、发扬党的伟大精神的教育性、引领实践的时代性等鲜明特征;弘扬红色文化为建设长期执政的马克思主义政党提供了有益精神养料,为建设社会主义文化强国提供了强力精神支撑,为促进人民精神生活共同富裕提供了丰富滋养;对新时代用好红色文化进行前瞻性思考和全局性谋划,要求在建设文化强国过程中利用好红色资源、发扬好红色传统、传承好红色基因。

Red revolutionary culture is a kind of spiritual production activity and achievement,which is carried out by the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the great struggle of more than one hundred years.It is the precious spiritual wealth of the Party and the people.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of red revolutionary culture,and put forward a series of original new concepts,ideas and assertions,forming an important exposition on red revolutionary culture with profound connotation,rich content and distinctive features.This important exposition closely revolves around the three basic questions of“what is red revolutionary culture”,“what is its significance”and“how to make good use of it”.It discusses the generative logic,essential connotation,distinctive features,great significance of red revolutionary culture and the realistic path of making good use of it from the unity of ontology,axiology and methodology.It points out that it is the ideological crystallization of adhering to the combination of Marxism with China’s concrete reality,summing up the practical experience of the great struggle,and inheriting and carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture.It is the continuous development of the Chinese spirit,which embodies the political essence of the Communist Party of China.It has the distinct characteristics of recording the history of the Party’s memory,carrying forward the great spirit of the Party’s education,leading the practice of the times.It stressed that red revolutionary culture provides beneficial spiritual nourishment for the construction of a long-term ruling Marxist political party,provides strong spiritual support for the construction of a socialist cultural power,and provides rich nourishment for promoting the common prosperity of the people’s spiritual life.It carried out forward-looking thinking and overall planning for the good use of red revolutionary culture in the new era.It is required to make good use of red resources,carry forward red traditions and inherit the revolutionary legacy in the process of building a strong cultural country.
