西部陆海新通道沿线枢纽城市物流业高质量发展路径研究——基于Super-SBM模型与fsQCA方法

Research on the High Quality Development Path of Logistics Industry in the Hub Cities Along the New Western Land-sea Corridor--Based on Super SBM Model and fsQCA Method

基于2015—2020年西部陆海新通道沿线19个国家物流枢纽城市物流业数据,运用Super-SBM模型测算其物流业高质量发展水平,并选用模糊集定性比较分析法探索相关枢纽城市物流业高质量发展的可行路径,结果表明:(1)从效率视角,西部陆海新通道沿线物流枢纽城市物流业发展质量水平总体在不断提升,但城市之间物流业高质量发展水平有高有低且差距明显。(2)综合考虑枢纽城市数字化水平、经济发展水平、地方政府支持、枢纽城市对外开放程度等多个要素,存在开放发展和政府驱动下的数字化发展两条有效路径能够推动陆海新通道沿线枢纽城市物流业的高质量发展。据此,文章建议相关城市要因地制宜,选择适合本地区物流业高质量发展的道路。

Based on the logistics industry data of 19 national logistics hub cities along the new western land and sea corridor from 2015 to 2020,the Super-SBM model is used to measure the high-quality development level of their logistics industry,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to explore the feasible path of high-quality development of the logistics industry of relevant hub cities.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of efficiency,the development quality of the logistics industry in the logistics hub cities along the new land and sea channel in the west is generally improving,but the quality development level of the logistics industry among cities is high and low,and the gap is obvious.(2)Taking into account the digital level of hub cities,economic development level,local government support,and the degree of openness of hub cities,there are two effective paths of open development and government driven digital development that can promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry of hub cities along the new land and sea corridor.Therefore,this study suggests that relevant cities should adjust measures to local conditions and choose the road suitable for the high-quality development of the logistics industry in this region.
