基于灰色关联的新疆国际物流供应链韧性影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Resilience of International Logistics Supply Chain in Xinjiang Using Grey Correlation

近几年,国际物流供应链所处的环境愈发复杂,供应链中断、失败的机率很高,因此打造具有韧性的供应链来应对突发事件具有重要意义。文章以新疆为例,选取2016—2022年相关数据构建新疆国际物流供应链韧性评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析法对各影响因素进行计算分析,结果表明关注民营企业为其提供更好的经营环境是关键,其次进一步完善新疆铁路、公路网络体系建设仍是重中之重,依据结果为新疆提升国际物流供应链韧性提出相关建议。

The complexity of the international logistics supply chain environment has grown in recent years,making it imperative to construct a resilient supply chain to confront unforeseen events,as the chances of supply chain disruption and failure are considerable.This paper takes Xinjiang as an example,selects relevant data from 2016 to 2022 to build the evaluation index system of international logistics supply chain resilience in Xinjiang,and uses grey correlation analysis to calculate and analyze each influencing factor,the results show that paying attention to private enterprises to provide them with a better business environment is the key,followed by further improving the construction of railroad and highway network system in Xinjiang is still the top priority,based on the results to improve the international logistics supply chain resilience in Xinjiang.Based on the results,relevant suggestions are put forward for Xinjiang to improve the resilience of international logistics supply chain.
