基于农协会降低冷链物流成本的研究——以淮安市农产品市场为例

Research on Reducing Cold Chain Logistics Cost Based on Agricultural Associations——Take Huai'an Agricultural Products Market as an Example

国家一直把“三农”放在改革的首位,不断地出台新政策去降低农业生产成本,鼓励农业产业的发展。传统流通模式为农民两季生产出粮食或者生鲜果蔬,由中间的采购方上门收取,再经过运输流通到消费者手中,传统的经销模式不仅缓解了当时的粮食紧缺问题,也减轻了人民群众的就业压力。但是由于地域的不同,导致很多地区的生鲜果蔬及农产品在运输途中损耗率高,而由此导致的成本扩大引起物价的上涨。而在信息化时代,较高的成本与售价必定会引发消费者的不满,所以控制生鲜果蔬在运输途中的损耗率显得尤为重要。

The country has always put"agriculture,countryside and farmers"on the basis of reform,and constantly introduced new policies to reduce the cost of agricultural production and encourage more agricultural planting.At first,the traditional distribution mode was that farmers produced grain or fresh fruits and vegetables in two seasons,which were collected by the middle buyers at home and then transported to consumers.The traditional distribution mode not only alleviated the shortage of grain at that time,but also reduced the employment pressure of the people.However,due to the different regions,the loss rate of fresh fruits and vegetables and agricultural products in transportation was high,and the resulting cost expansion caused the price to rise.In the information age,the high gap between cost and selling price will inevitably lead to consumer dissatisfaction.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the loss rate of fresh fruits and vegetables in transit.
