金融支持县域经济高质量发展研究——基于甘肃县域层面的实证分析

On Financial Support for High Quality Development of County Economy--An Empirical Analysis Based on County Level in Gansu Province

县域经济是我国国民经济最具发展潜力的基本单元,在整个经济中发挥着举足轻重的作用。以甘肃省67个县为研究主体,首先论述甘肃省县域生产总值、人口、产业结构以及金融发展现状。其次重点展开金融支持甘肃县域经济高质量发展的实证分析,构建县域经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,对甘肃省67个县在经济发展基本面、结构协调、社会发展、农业发展四个子系统11个测度指标的层面上进行划分并测算。结果表明:金融指标在人均贷款余额和人均存款余额方面对县域经济高质量发展有正向促进作用;金融指标在存贷比方面对县域经济高质量发展有负向抑制作用。最后针对性地提出金融支持甘肃县域经济高质量发展的政策建议。

County economy is the most promising basic unit of China’s economy.Taking 67 counties in Gansu Province as the research subject,this paper discusses the gross domestic product,population,industrial structure,and financial development status of counties in Gansu Province.Secondly,the focus is on conducting empirical analysis on financial support for high-quality development of county-level economy in Gansu Province.A comprehensive evaluation index system for high-quality development of county-level economy is constructed,and 11 measurement indicators are divided and calculated for the four subsystems of economic development fundamentals,structural coordination,social development,and agricultural development in the 67 counties.The results indicate that financial indicators have a positive effect on the high-quality development of county-level economy in terms of per capita loan balance and per capita deposit balance.Financial indicators have a negative inhibitory effect on the high-quality development of county-level economy in terms of deposit to loan ratio.Finally,targeted policy recommendations are proposed to provide financial support for the high-quality development of the county economy in Gansu.
