摘要
利用弯晶谱仪对Z箍缩X射线能谱进行了实验测量,给出了Al元素时间积分的K层辐射能谱。利用蒙特卡罗软件模拟了单能X射线及实验测得的Z箍缩X射线谱线在Al、碳纤维、Ti合金材料内沿入射方向的能量沉积分布。计算结果表明,Al-W混合负载中Al的质量分数升高会导致X射线能量衰减变快。
Based on this device,the energy spectrum of X-ray generated by Z-pinch is measured experimentally,and the K-shell X-ray emission spectrum of Al element is obtained.The Monte Carlo code is used to simulate the energy deposition distribution of the monoenergic X-ray and experimentally measured X-ray lines generated by Z-pinch in aluminum,carbon fiber,and titanium alloy materials along the incident direction.The results show that the increase of Al mass fraction in the Al-W alloy leads to a faster decay of the X-ray energy.
