摘要
本试验以菜心为试验材料,用设置好浓度梯度的六种植物生长调节剂分别和240 mg/L的乙基多杀菌素混合的溶液为处理组、以240 mg/L的乙基多杀菌素及清水为对照组分别处理菜心种子,测定不同植物生长调节剂对乙基多杀菌素药害的解毒作用。结果表明,1 mg/L的代码5、0.01 mg/L的代码6可以显著缓解乙基多杀菌素对菜心幼苗的药害,同时提高菜心幼苗的根长和株高;0.1 mg/L的恶霉灵可以显著提高菜心幼苗的平均株高,但是不能减缓乙基多杀菌素对菜心幼苗根长的抑制作用。
In this experiment,Chinese flowering cabbage were used as experimental materials,and their seeds were treated with the treatment groups and the control groups respectively,with plant growth regulators with different concentration gradients were mixed with a solution of 240 mg/L of spinetoram as the treatment groups,while 240 mg/L of spinetoram and clear water were used as the control group,then measured the detoxification effect of different plant growth regulators on the phytotoxicity of spinetoram.The results showed that code 5 with a concentration of 1 mg/L and code 6 with a concentration of 0.01 mg/L could significantly alleviate the phytotoxicity of spinetoram on the seedlings of Chinese flowering cabbage,while increasing their root length and plant height.0.1 mg/L of hymexazol could significantly increase the average plant height of Chinese flowering cabbage seedlings,but it couldn't slow down the inhibitory effect of spinetoram on the root length of the seedlings.
